Yonaguni Underwater Monument

Yonaguni Island belongs to a chain of islands known as the Ryuku Islands, which stretch Southwest from Japan towards the mainland of China.  Yonaguni is the last of the islands of this chain and is only 30 miles from Taiwan.

Ten years ago while looking for interesting under-water sites to dive near Yonaguni, scuba diving instructor Kihachiro Aratake, discovered an amazing under-water construct almost 75 feet below the surface of the water.  The construct is defined as being “as if terraced into the side of a mountain,” resembling a grand stand for Sea Gods, or somewhat like an amphitheater with its huge steps and blocks of stone. The construct’s 250-foot base lies 100 feet below the ocean’s surface and rises to a height of 80 feet.

“Do undersea relics near Okinawa offer proof of a sophisticated civilization during the last ice age? Archeologists have long believed that civilization as we define it — intelligent, tool-making, monument building, social humans — began about 5,000 years ago. But submerged beneath the waves near the Japanese island of Yonaguni is evidence that may well overturn that long-held theory.

A small but persuasive number of scholars and scientists have long thought that “advanced” societies may have existed as long as 14,000 years ago or possibly much further back.   Their theories, however well reasoned and defended, have been hamstrung by a lack of admissible evidence* by the mainstream science community.   Recent discoveries of man-made artifacts and structures on the Pacific seafloor and many other places in the world may well prove to be the smoking gun that will propel this alternative view of civilization to prominence”.

The opinions by learned people and most of the evidence supports a time of the building of this structure to be around the last Ice Age or before.  This could easily mean the structure is 46,000 years old or even older.   There are also many comparisons in the world…   Structures that resemble this monument almost exactly but located in places like Peru, literally thousands of miles away from Yonaguni, and thousands of feet above sea level.  The unmistakable evidence on its face indicates the builders were the same, the materials used are the same, the technology used to erect these structures is the same and the purpose may be the same.

To understand what “Yonaguni” (underwater) Monument/structure is, it is necessary to travel into the past some 12,000 years to the time of the Great Flood (the story of Noah).   In the old Testament Bible (which is in part a history of the Earth) a great flood took place after certain events occurred in the solar system.. (see the Video:  “Symbols of an Alien Sky” on this website).   The actual story involves “Water” that is locked into the Earth” and was caused to come out, upon the Earth, and in turn drowned the entire Earth for a short period of time.   Eventually the water receded back into the Earth, but not all of it.  From what has been learned through modern technology it appears the oceans of the world were raised more then 200 feet leaving most of the coastal towns and villages underwater, this of course includes structure and temples like Yonaguni (just off the southern most island of Japan).

As the scientists look around the Earth with the new satellites that can “See” underwater and under the land to a certain depth we they are discovering an entire new/old world.  Pyramids, megalithic structures, temples and many other buildings and forms heretofore not seen or known to exist on the planet.

The following photographs and video is provided for your own enlightenment of this ancient place.  There are certain facts to remember while viewing this evidence…. among this is the fact that nature does NOT produce straight lines or 90 degree angles or steps, or walls or carvings into rocks… Nature does not do what is is evident in these photographs and in the video…  If nature did not do this then someone did?
